1. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The Master of Business Administration (Strategic Human Resource Management), accredited by Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), combines deep expertise in HR with the knowledge required to be a strategic business partner. You will develop analytical skills, technical expertise and leadership skills, and emerge with breadth and depth of business knowledge and experience to become a well-rounded HR professional able to manage an organization’s HR line with strategic objectives.

 

2. MODULES OF THE PROGRAM

Students are required to complete 02 phases with 12 modules.

3. REQUIREMENTS AND SCHEDULES

Phase 1 (Business Graduate Diploma)
Requirements	- Bachelor degree in the area of business, or Bachelor degree in other disciplines with two years’ professional work experience in the area of business, and - English B2 proficiency. (Candidates will have to take the English Entrance Examination held by HCMCOU in case they do not have the English certificate.)
Schedule	- Courses last 08 months, at 97 Vo Van Tan, District 3, HCMC. - Enrollment in March and October
Phase 2 (MBA-SHRM)
Requirements	- Successful completion of Phase 1 (having Business Grad Dip), and - Two years’ professional work experience in the area of business, and - English B2 proficiency.
Schedule	- Courses last 12 months, at 97 Vo Van Tan, District 3, HCMC, or at 35-37 Ho Hao Hon, District 1, HCMC. - Enrollment in March & October

 

4. TUITION FEE AND ADMISSION FEE

Phase 2	8,300 USD / 6 modules;  1,384 USD / 1 module (pay in VND following the exchange rate of Vietcombank on the date of the announcement issued)	150,000 VND

* Tuition fee can be changed annually.

7. DEGREES

- Business Graduate Diploma conferred by HCMCOU will be granted to those who complete successfully the first phase of the program.

- Diploma holders can continue studying the second phase leading to MBA (SHRM) at USQ or at other universities.

- Master of Business administration (Strategic Human Resource Management) conferred by USQ will be granted to those who complete successfully the second phase of the program.
